Last Launch for Space Shuttle Endeavour!!!
On a whim I decided to go watch the last launch for Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-134 early this morning. This was my 2nd launch to watch up close and personal so to speak. The 1st one I saw up close and personal was in Feb this year for the last launch for Space Shuttle Discovery STS-133. What a great experience they both were. Check out this awesome trailer for the feature film "12/24". This was produced by my good friend Anthony Colliano of Gargoyle Entertainment. This film will be showing at the Pittsburgh Horror Film Festival in June and it will be the last public viewing before distribution. For the first time they will have copies of the film for sell. Autographed copies upon request!!

It's the 137th Kentucky Derby!!!!!
Here's a little something to get you in the Derby spirit.....try the
Kentucky Derby Mint Julep........
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- Whole Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)
- 6 to 8 oz Bourbon
Directions:
- In a medium sauce pan, add water and bring to a boil.
- Next add sugar and chopped mint.
- Set temperature to low/medium to simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Use a sieve to strain the mint out of the simple syrup and pour into a glass pitcher.
- Add bourbon, ice and whole mint leaves to pitcher and serve!
